CALL FOR ALTAR SERVERS

Serving at the altar is a beautiful way for young people to actively participate in the Eucharistic celebration. It allows them to grow closer in faith while contributing to the smooth flow of the liturgy. We warmly invite parents of children in grade 3 or above to encourage their children to serve as altar servers. Training will be provided to prepare them for this meaningful role. Join us in fostering their faith and service.

2024 DONATION TAX RECEIPTS

Tax Receipts for donations made to the parish through the parish are being prepared for distribution by the parish office. Donations made to the parish through the archdiocese are receipted by the archdiocese. We thank all those who make their sacrificial offering each week. We are especially grateful for parishioners who make up for offerings missed while they are away, recognising that church expenses don't take holidays.

CELEBRATIONS OF THE JUBILEE YEAR

Regional Eucharistic Celebrations with Cardinal Leo & Auxiliary Bishops

All are welcome to attend Regional Masses that will be held throughout the Archdiocese of Toronto in the coming days.

There will be two groups of Masses – one Mass in each of the four regions of the archdiocese will launch the Jubilee Year and will also provide an opportunity to give thanks for the elevation of Frank Cardinal Leo to the College of Cardinals. At these Eucharistic celebrations, Cardinal Leo will preside. Other celebrations will take place at the remaining pilgrim churches in each of the four regions of the archdiocese to launch the Jubilee Year. At these Eucharistic celebrations, the Auxiliary Bishop with pastoral responsibility for the region will preside.

Please note, for those interested in obtaining a Jubilee indulgence, requirements include receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation, attending Mass and offering prayers for the intention of the Holy Father. Confessions will be offered at least one hour prior to all celebrations noted below.
