If you are a new member of our parish, and have taken a numbered, unlabelled offertory box of envelopes, please follow a few steps to ensure that your donations will be properly recorded in 2019!

Please print your full name, address, and phone number  on the offertory envelope, when making your first 3-4, 2019, donations. This will ensure that the office staff correctly record your personal information, (to ensure you receive an income tax receipt at the end of the year).

If you want to start your donations this year (2018), please place your donation in a regular envelope, and print your full name, address and envelope number on it! (Please do not use your 2019 offertory envelopes until 2019!)

New envelope users/parishioners and/or unregistered parishioners are requested to fill out a Parish Registration Form and return it.
