THE POPE’S PASTORAL WORKS COLLECTION
Next Weekend May 24/25, 2025
This collection provides an opportunity for Catholics to make a financial offering to assist the Holy Father. One-third of the funds collected is what is traditionally know as Peter’s Pence: donations used by the Pope for his charitable contributions to those most in need throughout the world as well as for the support of the Hole See and its activities. Two-thirds of the collection is to support the Holy Father in administering the Holy See and serving the Universal Church. Information about how this collection is used is available in the Holy See’s yearly financial report. ORDO 2024-2024, p 141

SHARE LIFE - FIFTH SUNDAY OF EASTER
Your helping hand ensures that no one struggles alone.
Our 2025 ShareLife goal is: $63,500.00
So far, we have raised: $35,493.00
No one is turned away from ShareLife-funded agencies due to inability to pay. You make it possible for individuals, couples, and families to access mental health services. Like Aimee, who grew up believing that life’s challenges were meant to be faced alone. She searched for the strength to speak with a counsellor, but felt hopeless, imagining that her struggles would be dismissed. Financial concerns weighed heavily on her, making it even harder to reach out. Imagine the relief Aimee felt when she learned about the sliding scale payment system at Catholic Community Services of York Region (CCSYR). Because of you, Aimee received immediate care, free of judgement
